The area of the forest fund is 55383 ha, including the forested area of 47836 ha, the wooded lands are 49586 ha.
The first-group forests take 28377 ha, the 2nd - 27006 ha. The total stock volume is 7504,6 ths m3, including 1547,3 ths m3 of ripe stand.
Young stock occupies 9817 ha, middle-aged - 18496ha, ripening stand – 11366ha, ripe and overripe stand - 8157 ha
